RETURN POLICY

 

 

Prior to installation please inspect your order immediately to be sure everything is correct – year, make, model, color, material, etc.  We offer the highest quality product available in the U.S. today.  You will have 30 days from date of delivery to remedy any problem regarding a material defect or workmanship. 

 

Convertible tops, related items and upholstery are custom orders and are not returnable but may be exchanged if we have made a mistake.  No items are returnable if installation has been attempted.  Partial upholstery set orders are non-returnable but will have full warranty.  All items must be returned in the original packaging with special care taken with the convertible tops with plastic windows and/or glass windows.  Returns will be treated as exchanges and a new item will be ordered when the manufacturer has determined it is a material defect or workmanship problem. Any items accepted for return other than for manufacturer defect will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

 

Items other than convertible tops, related items and upholstery will be handled on a case by case basis.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the order.

 

If we have made a mistake we will do everything possible to make it right.  Your satisfaction is our only goal.

 

No returns will be accepted without first receiving an authorization from us.  We will give you a Returned Goods Request (RGR) number that will be associated with your return.   That RGR number must be clearly marked on the front of the package and we will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the merchandise.

 

 No returns will be accepted without this return authorization number.

 

 Any returns that do not meet our requirements will be refused and the customer will bear all costs for return shipping.   Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses if it is not a warranty problem.  If you had free shipping you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges that were charged by the shipping agent and us.

 

All return items must be re-packed and returned in the original packaging as it was shipped taking special care with plastic/glass windows.

 

Delivery Refusal

If an item is returned to our warehouse because it was refused or undeliverable, a 30% restocking fee will apply.  If the item was eligible for free shipping the cost of shipping and handling will also be assessed at the time of return.
