We use UPS as our shipping partner and we always include insurance.
Any added services such as overnight or next day air are additional charges and calculated on an individual order basis. Additional items can be shipped at a reduced rate.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
For worldwide orders we use UPS and/or U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are usually shipped via UPS.
All others are generally shipped via U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail.
We will ship to most of the world - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, South America, Australia and Europe. If your order is to be shipped outside the Continental U.S. your order will be processed and will be reviewed for the exact shipping charges before the order can be finalized with your credit information. You will have an opportunity to review the shipping expense before committing to place your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Because there are thousands of combinations of colors, years, models, fabrics not all convertible tops, related items and upholstery items can be stocked for immediate shipment. Most convertible top orders, related items and upholstery orders are considered custom orders. For this reason there is usually a 4-8 working day period before your item is shipped. Upholstery items can take longer. We will notify our customers as soon as the UPS tracking number is available.
